IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!
Per a letter received from the Greenburgh Department of Public Works, residents MUST follow all signs posted in the Trash Rooms for the proper separation of recyclable items and trash. Failure to do so may result in loss of trash pickup service from the Town. High Point would then have to hire a private carting company which is very, very expensive. If you see another resident, cleaning person, health aid, etc. disposing of items incorrectly, please report it to the Property Manager at 914.761.6100 immediately. Click here to see the Town’s letter to High Point.
Paperless billing has come to High Point–click here for full information.

WorkOrder System:
HPH is proud to announce that an enhancement has been made to our current web site. If a resident sees an issue in a public/common area (inside or outside), they should report it to the Management Office through the WorkOrder System of this web site. The link is available at the top of the web page in the Resident pull-down menu or by the link the bottom of this page. This is the most efficient way to report issues/concerns to the Management Office.

TRASH & RECYCLING: Westchester County and the Town of Greenburgh have very specific guidelines for trash and recycling. High Point has been put on notice that if we do not comply with the guidelines, garbage and recycling services from the Town will be discontinued. High Point would have to absorb the cost of private carting. Therefore, please read and follow the following documents when discarding trash and recycling items:
