Laundry Rooms
Each condo has its own laundry equipment company. If a washer or dryer breaks down or malfunctions, call the appropriate number.

If your laundry room card has become damaged or lost, you can get a replace from the Management Office. The cost is $5 – $6.
Condo 1 –To refill cards, for new/replacement cards (cash & credit cards accepted)—2nd floor laundry room
Condo 2—To refill cards, for new/replacement cards (cash & credit cards accepted)—3rd floor laundry room

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!
Per a letter received from the Greenburgh Department of Public Works, residents MUST follow all signs posted in the Trash Rooms for the proper separation of recyclable items and trash. Failure to do so may result in loss of trash pickup service from the Town. High Point would then have to hire a private carting company which is very, very expensive. If you see another resident, cleaning person, health aid, etc. disposing of items incorrectly, please report it to the Property Manager at 914.761.6100 immediately.
